Planning is not always the easiest thing to do, especially if you feel a lot pressure on you to do your best. Planning a karaoke event can be really exciting, especially with a few tips!

Select a theme for your party. This is a good starting point for any party planner. A good example of theme’s:

Next you will need a venue. Always remember to select a venue that is big enough to accommodate the amount of guests you will be having.

Hire a stage, this is a great addition to your karaoke party. It will give your party a real idols feeling.

Dance floor lighting is always a great way to add an effect to the stage or dance floor. You can also hire a smoke machine to add that cool effect to your event.

If you choose an Idols theme then it would only be fitting to have a panel of Judges. You judges can keep the vibe lively and crack a few jokes in between contestants.

Imitating actual artists and doing dance moves is also a great way to keep everyone wanting more. Even better if your ‘contestants’ dress up.

Presentation. Your DJ must carry himself in a professional manner. This involves his setup, dress code and behaviour at your wedding.

Time. Being on time for a wedding is the most important thing a service provider can do. Make sure that you get your DJ to sign a contract to commit him to be there on time.

We had the pleasure to spend the afternoon with the Vodacom team on Monday, 21st Feb. Lots of karaoke & dancing right until the end.

Karaoke is all about fun entertainment, everyone joined in the fun and the function turned out to be a roaring success.

UV Lighting effects for teen events!

We are now glad to introduce ultra violet lighting for all teen events & parties. Coupled with laser lighting, scanners and moon flowers, you are sure to have a great party.

UV lighting is very effective is very dark rooms with minimal outside lighting. Anyone that wears a white piece of clothing will glow and stand out, and anyone with UV paint will look extra cool.

Laser lighting is a Huge hit with teen functions and events. We mount the laser lighting on a light stand so that it has a maximum reach to the dance floor.

The laser lights work on program to either run with the beat for to run on a pre-defined program.
